High-accuracy site data
Send drawings or allow a 3D scan. The point cloud becomes the datum for panel length, fold depth, and joint lines.
1:1 digital twin
Scan or CAD is rebuilt as a model that matches the as-built envelope, not a pretty massing that ignores tolerance.
Panel split on the scene
Unique cassettes, clip-in trays, baffles, or column covers are nested onto the real geometry before anyone hits CNC.
Confirm the finish
Renderings plus a first-article sample lock alloy, thickness, and PVDF or powder before the production lot.
CNC, brake, coating
20,000 m² Foshan plant: 3003-H14 typically 2.0–3.0 mm, PVDF to AAMA 2605 with dry film ≥ 30 μm, or powder where the brief is soffit class.
Packing and site support
Lots leave labelled to the shop ticket. A project engineer stays on drawings and WhatsApp for install coordination.

Baiyun micro-perforated office
Open-plan workplace ceiling with a micro-perforated face. That is the reference we send for SEA corporate floors and BPO halls: acoustic, demountable, and packed as a labelled grid — not a claimed Kuala Lumpur mall we did not clad.
Canteen linear and flat ceiling
Hospitality and campus dining need a ceiling that cleans and still reads as architecture. Linear plus flat trays from one Foshan nest. Useful for hotel F&B, university halls, and factory canteens across ASEAN.
Transit soffits for ASEAN hubs
Airport T3 shaped soffits are the aviation sample we actually have. Compound geometry, zone-based powder or PVDF, hanging points on the ticket. That is the package we quote for SEA concourse upgrades — see also column covers.
PVDF for hot-humid elevations
Exterior SEA facades stay on PVDF AAMA 2605, dry film ≥ 30 μm, on 2.0–3.0 mm 3003-H14. Powder is a soffit class. We will not write fluorocarbon on a ticket that is actually polyester. First article is signed before the lot that goes into the container.
