Supported by the long-term trust and recognition from global partners for Lindelacr metal ceiling and facade system solutions, we have built a strong technical R&D team and international business operation team. Every year, our team participates in authoritative industry exhibitions across different continents and regions worldwide.
Through offline face-to-face in-depth exchanges with customers, designers and engineering partners on site, we efficiently respond to regional market demands, synchronize project technical details and promptly tackle all difficulties encountered in local construction projects.
Since its establishment, Lindelacr has taken breakthrough in difficulties and technological innovation as the core development philosophy. This enduring mindset pushes our team to actively tackle various technical and engineering challenges in the curtain wall and metal ceiling industry. We keep iterating craftsmanship through countless on-site practices and project verification, building strong manufacturing capacity to deliver high-difficulty, personalized customized metal decorative products for complex architectural demands.
In modern engineering bidding and construction management, physical samples and construction mock-ups have become indispensable standard links.
Lindelacr offers ultra-fast sample customization service: color swatches, small aluminum panel samples and finish effect samples can be finished and sent for customer confirmation within 5 working days. Meanwhile, we provide scaled-down test mock-ups and full-size real-piece assembly mock-ups for curtain wall cladding systems.
These pre-production physical models are particularly critical for landmark and special-shaped projects. They effectively optimize the on-site installation process, verify structural rationality, check processing precision and surface finishing quality, and eliminate potential risks before mass production and official construction start.

Before production, our technical team reviews CAD drawings, Rhino 3D models, panel thickness, curvature radius, splicing joints and installation structure to ensure every detail matches the project requirements.

We convert the design intent into accurate production drawings, including unfolded sheet size, bending parameters, hanging code positions and tolerance control standards.

According to the confirmed drawings, the aluminum panels are processed, bent and formed into large curved units, ensuring smooth arc shape and consistent splicing effect.

Our workers assemble the curved panels on the factory floor, checking the fitting of each unit, the alignment of seams and the overall curvature before on-site installation.

After assembly, we carry out a full-scale mock-up inspection. This helps verify the installation method, structural stability and visual effect before the panels leave the factory.

The panels can be finished with anodized surface treatment, showing a uniform metallic luster, fine brushed texture and high-end decorative effect.

Final quality inspection includes thickness measurement, flatness check, curvature inspection, surface finish inspection and installation accessory verification.

Each curved panel unit is packed separately in wooden crates, which is suitable for phased delivery and convenient for on-site block installation.
