Health Ark: a mall-standard medical exhibition hall on the river
Liwan District’s 2026 notice places Guangzhou International Medicine Port east of Fangcun Avenue, south of Guangzhou Shipyard, and north of Yajisha Bridge. The port is a Guangdong “strong TCM province” project: about 730,000 m² of land and 2,000,000 m² of planned gross floor area across four plates. Health Ark is the first plate in operation—a “new exhibition-trade” hall built to high-end shopping-mall standards, combining meeting, display, and sales for global TCM and health brands. Those figures describe the port, not LINDELACR’s metal quantity.
The white shaped soffits and the entrance canopy are the metal language the camera reads. LINDELACR treated that language as a customized-for-you file: freeze the carved unfold and the repeating trays, then cut 3003 plate in Foshan.

The carved canopy is the shop drawing you can photograph
The entrance canopy is a white, organic CNC-carved aluminum field on branching columns—shaped veneer, not a flat grid. Openings are nested, then the tray is folded so the carved face stays in plane. An open canopy takes weather. LINDELACR’s default for that plane is PVDF to AAMA 2605, dry film ≥ 30 μm, on 3003-H14 typically 2.0–3.0 mm. Interior corrugated or box trays under a roof can be powder to AAMA 2604. Do not invent a kPa or a drawing number for this canopy.
The stepped white fascia on the hall is the same family as a stadium or mall soffit: custom-shaped solid plate, shop-folded, hung as numbered trays. That is why this project sits next to the 3.0 mm PVDF shaped-veneer FAQ rather than a glass-wall brochure. LINDELACR’s default alloy on those trays is 3003-H14; thickness is typically 2.0–3.0 mm, with 3.0 mm where a carved opening or a deep return leaves less remaining section. Interior 1100 stays on simple, low-wind planes only.
The Medicine Port’s other three plates—headquarters harbour, medicine innovation valley, and a smart health living quarter—are still the district’s plan, not this shop ticket. LINDELACR priced and cut the metal that appears in these photographs: canopy, fascia language, corrugated and box trays. Do not copy the port’s 2,000,000 m² GFA onto a cladding bid.
Foshan sequence: grind, fold, corrugate, then one coating lot
Before coating, a cassette sits on the bench as mill-finish 3003: returns already folded, holes in the flange, the face being ground. Box-section trays stack on the cart after the brake—typical 20–25 mm return unless the bay needs a deeper stiffener. Corrugated corrugated ceiling panel stock is the repeating rib language for interior or soffit runs that do not need a unique carved nest.
Scan or BIM → unique unfold → CNC carve or punch → brake or compound form → grind → one PVDF or powder lot → crate by zone. Unique carved petals do not share a nest with a repeating corrugated blank. They can share a colour only when they share that coating lot. Typical shop return is 20–25 mm unless the fascia needs a deeper stiffener. First article is checked on the BIM split before the rest of a unique carved run leaves the brake.
